As Australian infrastructure continues to age, the need for efficient, non-invasive pipe repair solutions has never been more urgent. That’s where Trelleborg’s DrainPacker system comes in — a reliable, trenchless pipe rehabilitation method designed to restore damaged sections of sewer and stormwater pipelines without excavation.

Whether you’re a plumber, contractor, or council asset manager, this system makes sectional pipe repair simple, cost-effective, and compliant with Australian regulations.

Sewer Equipment Company Australia’s (SECA) DrainPacker Product Training course – set to become available in July – will help participants understand the DrainPacker system and its applications, learn how to evaluate pipe damage and select suitable repair techniques, and gain hands-on experience in preparing and installing the DrainPacker system.

Participants will also learn to understand the relevant quality and compliance standards, including WSAA and DIBt approvals, as well as learn safety, documentation, and quality control procedures for successful installations.
