ProQuest Consulting has been recognised for its innovative work within the Salesforce ecosystem, receiving the Salesforce Partner Innovation Award in Manufacturing & Energy for showcasing exceptional leadership.

Over the last ten years, ProQuest Consulting has helped a large number of companies in these industries harness the full potential of the Salesforce platform to propel their growth.

This award was achieved by the work carried out for ZEN Energy, who are leading communities and organisations into the zero-carbon world with renewable energy.

Through disciplined project delivery and extensive domain knowledge, the experts at ProQuest Consulting were able to bring ZEN Energy’s vision to life.

ProQuest Consulting built an innovative and intuitive end-to-end platform, in a minimal timeframe, and with the customer at the heart of its design, to enable them to become an Australian-leading renewable electricity retailer, solar and battery solution provider for both residential and commercial markets.

ProQuest Consulting CEO, Aymeric Zito, said, “Excellence and innovation are part of our core values, and they align perfectly with what ZEN Energy stands for.

“It’s been an absolute pleasure to be their trusted advisor and partner in innovation, fast tracking their technology transformation program with both the Salesforce and MuleSoft suite of products, and delivering a customer-centric platform that will support ZEN Energy’s next stage of business growth.”

ZEN Energy General Manager Group Operations, Matthew Csortan, said, “We were forced into a fairly aggressive timeline for the delivery of this project due to significant growth in our business.

“The ProQuest team took the challenge and delivered an outcome that significantly streamlines our operational processes and is a welcome addition to our Salesforce ecosystem.”

ProQuest Consulting is working on expanding its range of innovative Solution Accelerators to help companies in these industries maximise their Salesforce platform ROI in the shortest possible time frame.

Salesforce Executive Vice President, Alliances & Channels, Tyler Prince, said, “Salesforce Partner Innovation Award winners such as ProQuest Consulting work relentlessly to enable their customers’ success.

“ProQuest Consulting’s initiative and ability to deliver results illustrates how Salesforce partners are integral to creating value and enabling digital transformation in our new work-from-anywhere world.”

Salesforce partners such as ProQuest Consulting are part of the growing Salesforce economy, which according to a new study by IDC, is projected to produce more than 9 million new jobs and $1.6 trillion in new business revenue by 2026.

The study finds that Salesforce is driving massive gains for its partner ecosystem, which will see $6.19 in gains for every $1 Salesforce makes by 2026.
