SECA has announced the appointment of Grant Brown as its new Head of Sales and Marketing, bringing with him more than a decade of proven commercial leadership across Australia and New Zealand.

Grant joins SECA with extensive experience in senior national roles spanning the construction, industrial and manufacturing sectors. Throughout his career, he has led multi-state sales teams, driven sustained revenue growth, introduced modern CRM and marketing systems, and successfully launched new products into major national channels. His track record reflects a leader who understands not only how to drive performance, but how to build high-trust, long-term customer relationships.

With a strong background in strategic growth and customer value, Grant’s focus at SECA is clear: strengthen the company’s market presence, further elevate customer experience, and support councils, contractors and operators with reliable, high-performance solutions across Australia and New Zealand.

Grant’s approach is shaped by years of hands-on leadership and deep industry insight. He is centred on understanding customer needs and delivering meaningful outcomes. His vision is to ensure SECA continues to stand out as the partner of choice for smarter, safer and more efficient sewer and pipeline maintenance solutions.

As SECA continues to expand its capabilities and product range, Grant’s leadership marks an exciting new chapter for the organisation and the customers it proudly supports.
