Demand for purpose built student accommodation in Australia is at an all time high, with a current estimated shortfall of 300,000 beds.
Against a turbulent geopolitical backdrop this shortfall is set to continue to grow, as thousands more students look towards Australia as a more feasible study destination.
The Purpose Built Student Accommodation Forum, taking place from 17-18 October in Sydney, will explore the challenges of meeting this demand and analyse the entire PBSA lifecycle – from planning, design and procurement models to asset and facility management.
